Margaret B. Rizzo, Executive Director
Margaret Rizzo has been employed with JSAS HealthCare, Inc. in various positions since 1991, and currently serves as the agency’s Executive Director.

Ms. Rizzo has served as Chairperson of the Monmouth County Office of Addiction Services’ Treatment Planning Committee and as a member of the Monmouth County Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services’ Professional Advisory Committee. She has served on several committees formed by the New Jersey Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services to assist Opioid Treatment Programs in New Jersey to develop policies and procedures to meet CARF accreditation standards, and continues to assist clinics throughout New Jersey to navigate and comply with state licensure regulations, federal regulations and accreditation standards.

Ms. Rizzo serves as Treasurer to the New Jersey Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence (NJATOD), and is the New Jersey Board Delegate to the national organization, the American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence (AATOD).

 Susan F. Neshin, MD, DABAM, Medical Director
Dr. Susan Neshin has worked in the field of opioid use disorder using medication-assisted treatment since 1982. She has been Medical Director of JSAS HealthCare, Inc. since 1984 and has been a presenter at conferences at the local, state and national levels on such topics as: treatment of the pregnant opioid use disorder patient, treatment of co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders, and pain management in opioid use disorder patients. She helped to develop and has been a presenter at the American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence “Opioid Maintenance Pharmacotherapy: A course for Clinicians” since its inception. She is a member of American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and is Board Certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM). She is a member of the Impairment Review Committee of the New Jersey Physicians’ Health Program and of the New Jersey Governor’s Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (GCADA), as well as a consultant to the New Jersey Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services.

Patricia A. Kenny, RN, CARN, Nursing Director
Patricia Kenny began her nursing career in 1991 and has worked in home care, long term care and as a staff LPN on a hospital medical-surgical floor. Since joining the JSAS HealthCare, Inc. staff in 2002, she has held the positions of medication nurse, charge nurse and nursing supervisor. During her tenure at JSAS HealthCare, Inc. Ms. Kenny has earned her RN and has become certified as an Addictions Registered Nurse. In 2012 Ms. Kenny was promoted to Director of Nursing at JSAS HealthCare, Inc. Ms. Kenny was instrumental in establishing the working group of the directors of nursing of the New Jersey opioid treatment programs.

Margo Kramer, MS, LCADC, CCS, ICADC, CJP, CSW, Clinical Director
Margo Kramer began working at JSAS HealthCare, Inc. in 1990. Prior to her employment at JSASHC she earned a Master’s of Science Degree in Science Education and taught elementary and middle school for 16 years. A career change led to two years experience as a caseworker for the Bureau of Children’s Services in Jersey City. During her tenure at JSASHC, Ms. Kramer has worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor, Perinatal Counselor and Clinical Supervisor. In 2012, Ms. Kramer was promoted to Clinical Director. She has earned numerous degrees and certifications while at JSASHC including: Licensed Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified Clinical Supervisor, International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Criminal Justice Professional and Certified Social Worker.

Diane Villari, MS, LCADC, Administrative Director
Diane Villari received her Master of Science Degree in Counselor Education in 1989 at the University of Scranton. She has been working in the field of substance use disorder treatment since 1989 and has worked in residential and outpatient treatment with adults and adolescents. Ms. Villari started at JSAS HealthCare, Inc in 2007 as the Perinatal Case Manager. Due to her dedication to patient care, Ms. Villari has advanced to Assistant Clinical Supervisor, Clinic Supervisor, Clinical Operations Supervisor and is now the Administrative Director.
